Since October 2023, Sophia has been strengthening the VISCON team, and we are thrilled to have her on board!
Her Role with Us:
- Executive Assistance: Sophia supports our CEO, Manuel Schiavo, in organization and planning, and partially handles proposal preparation in inside sales.
- Marketing and Recruiting/HR: In marketing, she is primarily responsible for our social media presence and also takes on recruiting in HR.
Her Backround:
- Academic Qualification: Sophia holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Economic Studies.
- Her Expertise: She brings years of experience in Human Resources.
How She Joined VISCON:
Sophia is the best example of the value of a good reputation. Through a personal exchange between Manuel Schiavo (CEO) and a private contact, we were able to bring her on board for our exciting field in Virtual Reality (#visconnect).
